Where fin-de-siècle meets modern architecture: A historical power plant construction is being converted into an attractive office building and extended by a new nine-storey subsidiary building. In a co-operation between CLIMATECH Montage GmbH und CLIMATECH Kälte GmbH, the new building is being equipped with DAIKIN VRV-technology for heating and cooling. 120 indoor units are being supplied by 12 outdoor units.

Multi-Purpose Hall ARENA, Leipzig (1999 – 2010)
